  Korean webcomics are a hit in every part of the world. They are also referred to as Webtoons. The name is given that because it is usually posted online and they take the form of comics; however, the layout of it isn't the traditional layout for comics/manga, since this one is read through scrolling vertically. Such known webtoons around the world are from known companies such as NAVER (Sinui Tap, Hurejasik, Noblesse), Kakao (Na Honjaman Level Up), and Lezhin (more known for BL series, such as Killing Stalking, BJ Alex, Yahwacheop).

  More webtoons are being created these days, however, not all do not get the attention it deserves, as usually, it strays from the trend happening in the company. An example of this is 1230's "Save Me".

  The story talks about a smart high school sophomore who is struggling to fit in the class because he's bullied by several classmates. At one time, he meets someone odd, and the story starts from there.

  I honestly like the thriller genre and this series does that great, honestly. The suspense and disgust are there. Despite the kind of slow pacing in the first half, finishing up until the end is quite rewarding. The ride isn't very wild, but the essence and concept are both great.

  
  CHARACTERS

  The main characters are a smart, physically disabled guy, and a "puppy" guy. Their characters may seem plain and typical, but if you keep reading, I promise, this expectation becomes better.

  Do you hate bullies? Good! You should hate them, and you shouldn't do that. And, unsurprisingly, the bullies are the antagonists. Take note that bullying and teasing are two separate things. The difference is that bullying is "teasing but you're crossing the line". I gotta admit but the way they bully the main characters is THRILLING. I was bullied before, but the intensity was softer than in this webtoon. I can say that I feel the pain. Amazing cast.

  Should I still comment here? I mean, we all know the art of most webtoons are topnotch and modern. That is also the reason why webtoons are a big hit in almost every country.

  
  ENJOYMENT
  Overall, I really indulged in this one. I was still able to do my remaining academic requirements for this semester. This isn't a boring read, to be honest. This is also a bonus for thriller fans out there. I do not have anything more to comment on, so I'll just finish it quickly.

  Summarized, this has a great story, a great cast, and great art. The essence of a thriller is a good punch. If you may find this slow-paced, it's okay; I think it's normal.
